Enhancing the user experience

As well as using a non-serif font and colour scheme which is easy on the eye, we have used an 800 x 600 screen which means no horizontal scrolling is required. To enhance the user experience further still, we have designed the site with a logical structure to help you find the right information as quickly as possible.

Using the search box

We have included a search box on this website to help you find what you’re looking for in a flash. To use the search box, simply type in what you are looking for, select ‘go’ and the results will appear on screen. If your search comes back with no results, try typing in different key words to help you access the right information.  

Compatible for many different browsers

We have used standards-complaint semantic mark-up to ensure the site is compatible for many different browsers, screen readers, alternative media types and assistance software.
