This prospectus sets out ways in which employers can support staff in management/administrative posts, who may wish to consider changes to roles and move into clinical areas in support of the Secretary of State commitment to protect front line services.

It must be used in conjunction with the HR framework to support managers/administrators who may have previously come from a clinical background as well as those that do not.
