How to complain about a response

What to do if you are unhappy about a response

If you are unhappy with the response you receive to a request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this is not dealt with under the NHS complaints procedure.

The procedure is that you should inform us (contact details below), giving your reasons for believing we have not satisfied the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act. The matter will then be considered by one of our executive directors, who will respond in writing.
